Job Description
Diesel Mechanic (Trucks) in Boksburg Gauteng
Our client is a leading company in the automotive industry seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to keep their fleet running smoothly in Boksburg Gauteng. If you have experience in diagnosing repairing and maintaining diesel engines and truck systems we want to hear from you!

- Inspect diesel engine systems and components to identify mechanical electrical or electronic problems.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to pinpoint issues with engines transmissions braking systems and hydraulics
- Conduct repairs on heavy-duty diesel trucks including engine overhauls brake repairs suspension work and transmission servicing.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks such as oil changes filter replacements and fluid checks
- Ensure all trucks meet safety standards and comply with regulations.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before operation.
- Use hand tools power tools and specialized diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
- Matric (certification to be provided)
- Diesel Mechanic Trade Test
- 5 years experience in diesel mechanic on trucks such as Merc FAW Isuzu
- Own transport with valid drivers license
- Clean criminal record
R 18 000.00 - R 25 000.00 CTC pm
