Position : Account Manager
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM EST
Location : Remote (South Africa/LatAm preferred)
Compensation. : $1500 - $2000 per month depending on experience

Mission & Impact
The Account Manager will be a trusted point of contact for both new and existing customers ensuring a smooth experience from order intake to delivery. As an early member of the team youll play a critical role in shaping how we build and maintain strong customer relationships while helping the business grow.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming inquiries and client communications through calls and emails
- Nurture and acquire leads through email campaigns and appointment setting
Oversee customer accounts ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
Coordinate with internal teams (design production shipping) to meet client expectations
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities during the customer journey
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM
Provide input to improve systems and processes as the business evolves
Take on additional responsibilities and adapt to new roles as the company scales
Must-Have Qualifications
3 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn adapt and take on new responsibilities in a growing company
Comfortable working remotely and in a startup-like environment
Availability to work core hours in Eastern or Pacific Standard Time
Nice-to-Have
Experience in eCommerce order fulfillment or working with manufacturers
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot Salesforce or similar
B2B or B2C sales or marketing background
