Job Description

Position : Account Manager

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM EST

Location : Remote (South Africa/LatAm preferred)

Compensation. : $1500 - $2000 per month depending on experience

Mission & Impact

The Account Manager will be a trusted point of contact for both new and existing customers ensuring a smooth experience from order intake to delivery. As an early member of the team youll play a critical role in shaping how we build and maintain strong customer relationships while helping the business grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming inquiries and client communications through calls and emails

  • Nurture and acquire leads through email campaigns and appointment setting
  • Oversee customer accounts ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design production shipping) to meet client expectations

  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities during the customer journey

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM

  • Provide input to improve systems and processes as the business evolves

  • Take on additional responsibilities and adapt to new roles as the company scales

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude

  • Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Willingness to learn adapt and take on new responsibilities in a growing company

  • Comfortable working remotely and in a startup-like environment

  • Availability to work core hours in Eastern or Pacific Standard Time

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in eCommerce order fulfillment or working with manufacturers

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot Salesforce or similar

  • B2B or B2C sales or marketing background

KPIs / Success Metrics

  • Client satisfaction and retention

  • Order accuracy and on-time delivery

  • Upsell/conversion opportunities identified and closed

  • Quality of client communication and responsiveness
