Job Description
A unique opportunity has arisen for a passionate and professional Host / Assistant Camp Manager to join an exceptional team in the heart of the African bush. This role requires someone with proven experience in a similar setting with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Create immersive surprise-and-delight moments for guests
Host guests with genuine warmth care and meticulous attention to detail
Co-ordinate and manage seamless camp logistics
Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the camp
Lead motivate and support the camp team
Work collaboratively with other departments to uphold service excellence
Requirements:
Proven track record in a similar position ideally within luxury hospitality or safari lodges
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership capabilities and team-oriented mindset
Fluent in English; additional languages would be an advantage
A genuine passion for the bush and a love for guest interaction
Highly organised with excellent problem-solving skills
Committed to delivering memorable guest experiences
