Requirements:
Proven experience managing 5-star properties in remote locations
Strong leadership and people management skills
Exceptional guest service standards
Sound operational knowledge across departments (Front of House Housekeeping F&B Maintenance etc.)
Financial acumen and reporting abilities
Hands-on solutions-oriented and team-driven
Culturally sensitive with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to a remote and wilderness-based lifestyle
