The Role:

We are seeking a driven and resultsoriented Partner Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in our growth trajectory. You will act as a dedicated logistics specialist overseeing and strategically managing the delivery processes for a portfolio of our key ecommerce clients. Your focus will be on building strong growthoriented partnerships optimizing their logistics operations for efficiency and scalability and identifying opportunities for mutual expansion. You will be a central point of contact ensuring seamless parcel delivery and fostering longlasting impactful relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partner Management: Develop and nurture strong longlasting partnerships with key clients across a range of industries acting as a trusted advisor focused on their growth.

  • Logistics Optimization for Growth: Plan oversee and manage logistics warehouse and transportation processes to ensure timely and successful delivery of all orders while identifying areas for optimization to support client growth.

  • PerformanceDriven Operations: Direct optimize and coordinate the full delivery cycle proactively tracking and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery speeds and efficiency metrics to drive continuous improvement and support client expansion.

  • Proactive Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Be the first point of contact for operational questions and proactively solve any issues that may arise ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining strong partner trust.

  • Growth Opportunity Identification: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and cultivate growth opportunities within existing partner relationships aligning logistics solutions with their evolving needs and objectives.

  • Solution Implementation for Scalability: Implement new logistics solutions and processes tailored to partner needs and growth objectives ensuring scalability and efficiency.

  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work crossdepartmentally with sales marketing process management and customer service teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional value to our partners.

  • Relationship Building at All Levels: Develop trusted advisor relationships with partner stakeholders across their logistics customer service and warehouse operations teams.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting for Growth: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner accounts providing regular reports and insights focused on identifying growth levers and areas for improvement



Requirements


  • You are an experienced operator with a strong focus on delivering clientfocused solutions and driving growth.

  • Establishing strong growthoriented relationships comes naturally to you with a proven track record of communicating with and managing client stakeholders at various levels.

  • You are an exceptional executor with a strong determination to start manage and follow through on projects and tasks until a successful outcome is achieved.

  • You are ambitious openminded and a collaborative team player excited by the opportunity to disrupt the logistics industry and drive growth for Pargo and its partners.

  • Proven experience in delivering clientfocused solutions ideally with a focus on logistics and/or operations for ecommerce businesses.

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels within an organization.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail and a focus on growth opportunities.

  • Excellent listening negotiation and problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to growth.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills capable of articulating strategic insights and growthfocused solutions.

  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) for data analysis and reporting.

  • Proven work experience as an account manager logistics manager operations manager or relevant role with a demonstrable focus on client growth.

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration Sales or a relevant field.

Your primary focus is to drive acquisition and onboarding of access points to aggressively and strategically expand our access point network. You will identify and prioritise suitable potential access points, create a strong pipeline and manage the end-to-end acquisition process. You are a hunter with great negotiation and closing skills and will also manage your accounts long term, build strong relationships and play a pivotal role in enhancing service quality and compliance. By working together with the operational, support and marketing team you will ensure the nurturing of these relationships and sustainable growth. You are a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills who is always in control of their pipeline and portfolio.
