This role focuses on growing the companys digital presence engaging customers and leveraging digital platforms to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
Digital Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
Align digital initiatives with broader marketing and communications plans.
Mobile Application Management
Collaborate with app developers to enhance performance content and user experience.
Use CRM insights to segment users reengage lapsed customers and drive loyalty.
Integrate promotions and content updates to boost downloads and active users.
Web Social and Digital Content Management
Oversee website updates user experience and performance.
Drive traffic through SEO UX improvements and conversion optimization.
Lead the social media strategy and blog content ensuring alignment with digital trends.
Delivery Platform Growth
Manage relationships with thirdparty delivery platforms.
Create and manage a deliveryfocused marketing calendar and campaigns.
Leverage comarketing opportunities with delivery partners to increase visibility and sales.
CRM and Analytics
Analyse data from app and online platforms to produce actionable insights.
Deliver monthly performance reports and quarterly segment analysis to leadership.
Digital Advertising
Manage online campaigns to drive awareness and conversions.
Utilize paid search SEO PPC Google Display and other ad platforms.
Email Marketing
Develop content and campaigns for newsletters and customer communications.
Manage the customer database and ensure segmentation for targeted campaigns.
Partnership Marketing
Maintain and grow digital reward and loyaltybased partnerships with external platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field
Experience:
Minimum 35 years experience in a similar role within QSR WSR or FMCG industries
Skills:
Proficiency in Google tools CMS SEO PPC social media analytics CRM and email marketing platforms
Strong communication in English (written and verbal)
Creative thinker with a resultsdriven mindset
Comfortable working in fastpaced agile environments
Key Competencies
Strong analytical ability for campaign measurement
