Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Partner People & Culture to join our team in Johannesburg South this pivotal role you will collaborate with senior leadership to drive our people strategy fostering a positive organisational culture and ensuring alignment between our human resources initiatives and business objectives.

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational goals
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies employee relations and performance management
  • Lead talent acquisition and development initiatives to attract and retain top talent
  • Design and deliver organisational development programmes to enhance employee engagement and productivity
  • Manage change initiatives and support cultural transformation efforts
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with South African labour laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HRrelated matters

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 57 years of experience in HR with a focus on business partnering
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred
  • Indepth knowledge of HR policies practices and South African labour laws
  • Strong expertise in talent management organisational development and change management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Proven ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
  • Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented approach
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
