The Role: Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will play a pivotal role in expanding the companys teacher and partner network. Youll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospects communicating the companys value proposition and converting interest into meaningful longterm connections. This is a remote role aligned to UK hours ideal for someone eager to grow in a missiondriven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate highquality leads
  • Initiate and nurture contact with potential partners via email phone and LinkedIn
  • Effectively communicate the companys offerings and value to stakeholders
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery or onboarding calls
  • Keep detailed and organized records in CRM tools such as or Agile CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to optimize outreach strategies
  • Keep abreast of education recruitment trends and competitor activity

About You

  • 1 year experience in sales business development or recruitment (B2B or B2C)
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and lead generation
  • Techsavvy and confident using CRM platforms
  • Selfstarter with strong organization and timemanagement skills
  • Reliable remote work environment with a fast internet connection
  • Passion for education international recruitment or online learning is a bonus
