Property Moving Assistant
Location: Cape Town (Onsite)
Employment Type: FullTime Permanent
Industry: Property / Real Estate
Salary: R16 250 per month commission

About the Role

Our client is seeking a hardworking charismatic individual to take full ownership of progressing property transactions from offer to completion. As a Property Moving Assistant you will act as the key point of contact between all parties using your problemsolving abilities attention to detail and strong communication skills to ensure each transaction moves at an exceptional pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for buyers sellers solicitors mortgage advisers and estate agents

  • Manage all tasks and stakeholders throughout the sales process to ensure fast and efficient property transactions

  • Build strong working relationships with mortgage consultants client services and external partners

  • Provide exceptional service to clients by proactively managing expectations and maintaining regular communication

  • Liaise with lenders and solicitors to remove any obstacles and ensure smooth mortgage processing

  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive records

  • Identify opportunities to promote additional products where appropriate


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Knowledge of the UK property market and a basic understanding of mortgage processes

  • Previous experience working in a mortgage company or real estate agency is highly desirable

  • Proven background in corporate customer service or clientfacing roles

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fastpaced environment

  • Professional articulate and confident on the phone

  • Selfmotivated with a focus on delivering results and maintaining service excellence
