Job Description

Head IT Operations

Responsibilities:

Focus on service and stability
Build a centre of excellence for service management
Deliver a thematic view of systemic problems to focus on key risks
Collaborate with business units to provide great service to clients advisers and the business
Instill industry best practice ITSM and ITIL standards
Improve communication and turnaround time with internal and external stakeholders
Build services and skills for future cloud environments
Be accountable for cybersecurity strategy and managementManage the capacity and risk of environments
Design and oversee infrastructure architecture
Manage disaster recovery
