Key purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in the Enterprise ICT sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts within the Telecoms/IT/Cloud industry. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in sales account management and a deep understanding of the ICT space.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and revenue growth targets within the Telecoms/IT/Cloud sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders in major Telecoms/IT/Cloud accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts understanding their business needs challenges and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing and product development to ensure alignment in delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service to key accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on crossselling and upselling opportunities within the assigned accounts.
- Negotiate and renew contracts pricing agreements and service level agreements with key accounts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against targets providing regular reports and analysis to internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends market dynamics and emerging technologies in the Telecoms/IT/Cloud sector to effectively advise key accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing concerns resolving issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and differentiate our offerings within the Telecoms/IT/Cloud industry.
Qualifications experience and skills:
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing sales or a related field. A masters degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales key account management or business development within the ICT sector with a specific focus on Telecoms/IT/Cloud.
- Proven track record of success in managing large accounts and driving revenue growth in the ICT industry.
- Deep understanding of the Telecoms/IT/Cloud sector including knowledge of industry trends technologies and competitive landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with experience in contract negotiation.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop account plans and identify growth opportunities.
