Senior Manager reports to the MD of the SME business. Experience is required in leading a sales team leading managers who have teams under them and digital client journey management.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and revenue targets and related KRAs.
- Lead and mentor the sales team.
- Deliver the client value proposition.
- Define the customer experience golden thread and ensure delivery through the sales team and Marketing divisions digital team.
- Set up client experience measures and feedback exercises using the results to motivate for and drive continuous improvement.
- Propose improvements and new features related to the products and client service processes.
- Take ownership of collections and coordinate the solve for operational issues impacting the client experience.
Requirements:
- Motivated by sales targets.
- A track record of identifying developing and mentoring great talent and building and
motivating high achieving teams. - Has been on the front line of sales in your career.
- A true love for customers and customer advocate.
- Experience in Digital Marketing & Communication a must while working previously with online automated solutions is a plus.
- The skills to be a datadriven decision maker with a willingness to experiment.
- Related degree or diploma.
