Responsibilities:
Ensure that debriefing and prebriefing standards are adhered to by ensuring that the Agents / Debriefers Drivers and all related staff perform their duties to the required standard.
Maintain Branch Efficiencies by ensuring that Company Procedures are implemented and adhered to.
Ensure optimized staff utilization.
Take full control and responsibility of all staff and their duties.
Ensure all staff follow processes and procedures.
Handling operational queries and problems timeously and efficiently
Ensure that Agents / Debriefers debrief thoroughly according to Debriefing Procedure
Ensure that Debriefers inspect vehicles thoroughly and report damages to Fleet Manager immediately.
Ensure Customer service levels are met at all times.
