Position Overview:
As a Junior General Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process. This is an entrylevel position perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in recruitment and gain handson experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (job boards social media networking etc.) to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various job roles.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications conduct initial phone screens and assess candidates qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Client and Candidate Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in drafting job postings and advertisements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our database.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends salary benchmarks and competitor practices to provide valuable insights during the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detailoriented.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior recruitment or HR experience is a plus but not required.
