We are looking for enthusiastic and detailoriented Aviation/Travel Consultants to join our BPO team supporting a leading online travel this customerfacing role you will assist corporate clients and group travelers with a comprehensive range of travel services ensuring smooth efficient and highquality support across all stages of their journey. You ll handle bookings and inquiries through multiple channels including chat and email.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing flight bookings schedule changes cancellations and refund requests
- Handling hotel reservations including modifications group accommodation and special requests
- Assisting with car rental services including vehicle selection availability and policy information
- Coordinating rail and ferry bookings tailored to customer itineraries and preferences
- Managing group bookings and ensuring all logistics are aligned with client requirements
- Utilizing global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus TravelPort or Galileo to manage and amend travel itineraries
- Staying current on travel industry trends airline/hotel policies and system tools
- Providing accurate information on travel regulations fare conditions and destination requirements
- Supporting corporate clients with multisegment and group travel needs adhering to company travel policies and negotiated rates
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure service consistency and resolution of escalated issues
Requirements
- Clear Criminal Record (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in travel and aviation (Group Bookings Highly Advantageous)
- Proficiency in a GDS system such as Amadeus Sabre TravelPort or Galileo (Essential)
- Experience in multiple contact channels (chat/email/voice/messaging).
- Strong command of English; reading writing speaking
- Excellent communication problemsolving and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment including weekends and public holidays
