About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and proactiveHR Manager to lead and implement a variety of Human Resources processes across the business. The ideal candidate will ensure effective HR service delivery at both functional and branch level while maintaining compliance and upholding company standards.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with MIBCO BCEA and labour legislation

  • Conduct audits of contracts policies and employee files

  • Drive policy awareness and acknowledgement across branches

  • Perform regular branch visits and engage with employees at all levels

  • Support and guide management on disciplinary procedures and charge sheets

  • Build strong partnerships with senior management and operational teams

  • Maintain up-to-date HR policies job grading structures and salary bands

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment onboarding and probation processes

  • Monitor and support EE compliance including maintaining files and committee coordination

  • Manage union relationships negotiations and CCMA cases

  • Ensure managers are trained to initiate and chair hearings

  • Lead all Health & Safety processes OHS audits and compliance initiatives

  • Facilitate training HR connect sessions and change management projects

Requirements:

  • Grade 12

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR IR and project management

  • Strong IR and union negotiation experience

  • Excellent knowledge of labour legislation

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office including VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables

  • Minimum 2 years industry knowledge

  • Valid drivers license
