Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an experienced and strategic International Sales Manager for a leading luxury travel company based in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a deep understanding of the global luxury travel market and a proven ability to grow revenue nurture partnerships and deliver high-level sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic international sales efforts to drive revenue growth
Manage and expand trade partnerships across global markets
Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand alignment
Oversee the execution of sales plans and monitor performance targets
Maintain strong professional relationships with global trade partners luxury travel agencies and tour operators
Drive brand visibility and loyalty through excellent client engagement
Represent the brand at international trade shows sales trips and industry events
Experience and Skills Required:
Demonstrated success in luxury travel trade sales with a strong revenue growth track record
Established relationships within the global travel trade sector
Experienced in managing in-house inventory and implementing effective sales strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident in delivering compelling presentations
Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
High attention to detail with a proactive approach to customer service
Strong planning and organisational capabilities
Innovative thinker with strong initiative
Collaborative team player with a professional and approachable manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Genuine passion for luxury travel and high-end experiences
Knowledge of ResRequest is advantageous
