Role and responsibilities:
Test Planning: Develop and maintain test plans test strategies and test schedules in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Team Coordination: Coordinate testing efforts among various teams including developers QA testers and project managers.
Test Execution: Oversee the execution of test cases ensuring that all tests are conducted according to the defined test plans.
Defect Management: Track and manage defects ensuring timely resolution and communication with relevant stakeholders.
Reporting: Generate and present test progress reports metrics and results to stakeholders highlighting any risks or issues.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in testing processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Documentation: Ensure that all testing documentation is complete accurate and up to date including test cases test scripts and test results.
Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior testers and team members fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate testing activities.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify analyse and resolve issues related to testing.
Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and motivate testing team members.

Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience Requirements:
Certification in software testing (e.g. ISTQB) is desirable.
Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence
TOSCA Experience (would be advantage)
Exposure to Agile methodologies
Strong commitment to quality
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
