Job Description
Introduction
We are looking for a Project Manager that will lead and oversea the full lifecycle of industrial poultry facility projects - from site survey to construction documentation. Will coordinate the internal design teams (Civil MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) and Structural) manage deliverables liaise with clients and contractors and ensure quality control in line with the advanced workflow process.

Must be able to speak read and write English and Afrikaans fluently
Duties & Responsibilities
* Project planning and initiation: Manage the execution of Turnkey Poultry projects across the mechanical civil electrical and structural disciplines - Define scop timelines and resources - create and manage project schedulesand budgets
* Design Workflow Management: Oversee on-site 3D laser scanning and registration of point clouds - Ensure generation of accurate 3D models andrchitectural & Civil team - Facilitate the integration and coordination of MEP and structural designs

Desired Experience & Qualification
* Bachelor Degree in Structural Civil or Mechanical Engineering
* Professional registration (ECSA)
* PMP certification or equivalent
* Knowledge of ISO14001 ISO9001 and ISO45001 standards
* Minimum 5 years experience managing multidisciplinaryindustrial design projects
* Proven track record of managing projects within ISO-certified and industrial environments
* Strong analytical and problem solvingabilities
* Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
* Familiar with health safety and envirntal regulations (ISO45001 and ISO14001)
* Excellent analytical and mathamatical skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Familiarity with SA engineering standards and regulations
* Effective communication nd interpersonal skills
