Job Description
Our client is seeking a strategic and knowledgeable Rollout Contact Person (Chief Expert) to support market rollouts in a global SAP environment.
As a key member of the Team for the Global Finance Backbone this role requires deep accounting process expertise excellent coordination skills and the ability to engage stakeholders with authority.
Ideal candidates will bring experience in FIT-to-Template implementations and financial accounting processes along with a passion for driving large-scale SAP transformations.

Qualifications
-
BCOM in Accounting
-
Postgraduate degree or certification
-
Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous)
-
In-depth Process & Accounting Knowledge
-
Change and Project Management
-
Excellent and articulate communicator
-
Ability to influence and engage with authority
-
Strong business acumen
-
In-depth understanding of and prior experience in financial accounting areas such as:

Accounts Receivable
-
Asset and Investment Accounting
-
Cost Accounting
-

Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
-
Experience in global SAP template rollouts
-
IT Knowledge (SAP very advantageous)
-
Agile methodology experience
-
German speaking
-
Coordinates and oversees market rollout tasks for the assigned product
-
Maintains overview of Feature Team-specific processes and structures
-
Ensures the Feature Teams solution is implemented and tested within the market rollout
-
FIT-to-Template Workshops:
-
Conducts all FIT/GAP workshops and introduces template processes to markets
-
Ensures workshops result in FITs or pre-evaluated GAPs
-
Organises discussion of potential GAPs with Feature Team experts
-
Maintains findings documentation using centrally provided approaches (e.g. Process FIT)
-
Ensures completion of data collection sheets (master data & customizing)
-

Integrates business and technical rollout activities into Feature Team wave planning/backlog
-
Maintains oversight of Feature Team-specific defects and supports resolution coordination
-
Plans and ensures execution of training sessions
-
Oversees migration mapping workshops and ensures completion of final mappings
-
Ensures authorisation topics are captured and escalated to the correct colleagues
-
Supports UAT planning cutover activities migration efforts and stabilization phase coordination
