Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented BSS Tester to validate the functionality performance and integration of Business Support Systems in a telecom environment. The ideal candidate will have experience testing CRM billing order management and provisioning systems.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases for BSS applications (CRM billing mediation etc.).
- Perform system integration and regression testing.
- Validate data flows between BSS and OSS systems.
- Log and track defects working closely with developers to ensure resolution.
- Prepare test documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- 2 years of BSS testing experience in a telecom environment.
- Strong understanding of BSS domains like billing CRM and customer care.
- Experience with tools such as HP ALM JIRA Postman or SOAP UI.
- Familiarity with SQL and XML for data validation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
