Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Position: HR / Payroll Clerk
Ref: 5040
Location: PE/Gqeberha
Salary: R18000 to R22500 per month commensurate with qualification and experience with Provident Fund and 50/50 medical aid
Qualifications / Requirements:
- To start immediately / as soon as possible
- Minimum of Matric
- Experience with:
- General HR consulting and liaison
- General HR administration data capturing and submissions Medical aid / sick leave / UIF / IR etc
- Employment relations consulting consult with employees at all levels within the organisation
- Payroll Sage 300 (basic knowledge on Sage 300 and/or experience on VIP) capturing of new and current and terminating employment; capturing of sick notes; capturing and recording of employees company contributions
- Process maternity leave
