Our client is a dynamic UK-based company specialising in infrastructure networking and security solutions. With a comprehensive product offering that includes containment systems cable management and security products from trusted brands like Velcro EnGenius and Hikvision they support complex technical projects with high-quality services such as Velcro cutting pre-terminated assemblies and engraved labelling. The Role: Business Service and Sales Representative

This dual-function remote role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support while driving outbound sales efforts. You will serve as a key contact for UK-based clients managing inbound queries and proactively identifying sales opportunities to grow the business and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product support via phone email and digital channels
  • Make 7080 outbound calls daily to identify leads and convert them into sales
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent value-driven engagement
  • Understand client needs and recommend solutions from the companys product portfolio
  • Resolve service issues efficiently while ensuring a high standard of customer care
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and service KPIs
  • Accurately document customer interactions and sales in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product delivery and after-sales support
  • Stay current on product updates promotions and industry trends

About You

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in customer service or telesales preferably B2B
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive customer-first attitude
  • Sales-focused mindset with the ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Highly organized self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools
  • Interest or background in infrastructure networking or security solutions is a plus
  • Resilient and positive under pressure with a team-oriented approach
