We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to oversee human resource management role includes payroll employee relations training wellness and leave administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll processes in line with SARS and public sector requirements.
Maintain accurate employee leave records and HR files.
Coordinate employee health and wellness programs.
Design and implement training and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
Support recruitment and onboarding
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Minimum 5 years HR experience preferably in public sector environments.
Sound understanding of labour legislation (BCEA LRA etc.).
