Job Summary

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for fleet operations team leadership and logistics Our client in Cape Town is looking for a Fleet Manager to oversee vehicle operations ensure compliance and manage a high-performing transport team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily fleet availability planning and compliance reporting
Lead and manage staff schedules performance and morale
Coordinate vehicle movements including intercity transfers and de-fleeting
Ensure all vehicles meet licensing tracker and presentation standards
Handle administrative tasks including productivity tracking payroll checks and customer feedback
Maintain a professional efficient and service-driven working environment

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in fleet management logistics and operations
Strong background in HR administration and staff supervision
Deadline-driven with strong reporting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Proficient in compliance tracking reporting and digital tools (Email WhatsApp spreadsheets)
A proactive hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence

Salary: Negotiable
