Are you a skilled IT Business Analyst with a passion for credit systems and investment banking Ready to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
An exciting opportunity awaits for a highly driven IT Business Analyst to join a leading financial institutions credit team where strategic thinking meets technical expertise. This role offers the chance to be at the centre of system innovation and optimisation particularly within the Murex suite (Limits Controller and Basel II Credit Capital Calculator modules).
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and maintaining business processes and system requirements within the credit function
- Analysing and implementing both bespoke and purchased software applications
- Engaging in functional testing and validation and supporting downstream data integrations
- Performing impact assessments on project changes and documenting full end-to-end processes
- Collaborating across teams to align business architecture with system design and enhancements
Ideal candidates will have:
- A relevant degree or qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit-related business analysis within investment banking
- Proven expertise in Excel for maintaining test packs and scenarios
- Strong understanding of Murex configuration and architecture
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to engage in technical conversations and strategic planning
