Job Description
Primary purpose of the job
- Assist with repairs and maintenance on press machinery to ensure customer and company quality standards are met.
Key Performance Areas
- Assist with repair and maintain press machinery to ensure customer and company quality standards are met.
- Assist with and do preventative maintenance as per maintenance schedule and according to job cards and relevant work instruction.
- Compile feedback on time sheets to ensure accurate repair data and forward to the Team Leader.
- Ensure that company procedures work instructions and quality systems are adhered to at all times.
- Participate actively in the departmental mini business as per company requirement.
- Ensure that work practises comply with the company SHEQ procedures and work instructions.

- Technical techniques

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Fitter assistant within an automotive environment
