Job Description

Red Ember Recruitment is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client s team in Durban. This role supports the National Sales Manager and the Consumer Sales team by providing essential administrative services managing order processing coordinating sales reporting and assisting with sales support functions.


Sales Reporting & Analysis:

  • Generate daily weekly and monthly sales reports using QlikView.
  • Prepare customer-specific comparative sales and agent reports.
  • Extract data for visual sales analysis (charts graphs dashboards).

Order Processing & Customer Liaison:

  • Timeously process and follow up on sales orders using Syspro.
  • Monitor and resolve back-order issues.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and promptly.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in compiling sales content for customer reviews presentations and trade reviews.
  • Design flyers advertising sheets and sales-related artwork.

Administrative & Communication Support:

  • Draft professional correspondence to customers suppliers and partners.
  • Assist in setting up meetings venues handouts and refreshments.
  • Support the team with customer gift packs and sales material.

Travel & Logistics:

  • Make travel bookings (flights hotels car hire).
  • Maintain vehicle usage records.

Leave & Attendance:

  • Process departmental leave on ESS.
  • Maintain and submit monthly attendance registers to HR.




Requirements


  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management or similar field.
  • 3 5 years of administrative experience in a sales or production environment.
  • Experience with Syspro or similar ERP system preferred.
  • Exposure to working in a multinational company is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with QlikView or similar reporting tools.
