Job Description
- Manage and oversee the daily front-of-house operations ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure
- Provide a warm professional welcome to all guests acting as a key point of contact throughout their stay
- Coordinate guest activities dining experiences and lodge logistics in collaboration with lodge management and field teamsHandle check-ins/outs bookings and general guest correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure that guest areas and common spaces are consistently maintained to the highest standard
- Assist with hosting duties including meal service special occasions and bush functions
- Maintain lodge stock levels (beverages amenities curio items) and manage related admin or reporting
- Support management in delivering a smooth exceptional operation in all guest-facing aspects
Requirements
- Applicants must have previous experience in a similar front-of-house or guest relations role within a lodge or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills a guest-first mindset and excellent organisational abilities are essential.
- The ideal candidate will be well-presented confident in hosting a range of guests including high-profile individuals and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer literacy and a valid driver s license are also required.
