An established company is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract based in Mount Edgecombe.
Requirements:
A valid code 8 drivers licence.
Must have experience with stock control and stock management fields.
Have bookkeeping and accounts experience.
Worked in industries such as manufacturing or retail working in accounts and stock control.
Have good attention to detail and planning and organising skills.
Experience in administration systems implementation and controls.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience interacting with customers and suppliers.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Pastel
Duties and Responsibilities: General admin and accounts:
Manage promotion activities to promote the product andservice providers for various activities/products required.
Liaising with various service providers for costs and quotes.
Manage all orders and consolidate such from the distribution sites.
Manage coordinate packing and co-ordinate online orders / e commerce orders.
Direct driver on collection of stock and materials.
Manage the driver and vehicle to ensure products are collected and delivered and the vehicle is always maintained.
Responsible for managing all ordering of input stock/ ingredients.
Manage all invoicing of stock.
Prepare payments for processing.
Manage stock through stock control systems and checks.
Any other admin and accounting task as required.
Sales & distribution:
Receive orders from distributors and retailers.
Perform regular stock controls at Durban North DC and Mt Edgecombe
Issuing orders and ensuring timely collection.
Manage delivery of stock.
Manage and monitor online orders and arrange courier of stock.
Distribute marketing materials and samples to potential stockists.
Potentially driving to collect or drop of stock as and when required.
