Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key liaison between global technology teams and local business units in South Africa and Kenya ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Champion the adoption of central technology systems and processes including incident management and hardware/software asset management adapting them to meet local requirements.
- Lead technology-driven change initiatives and projects by gathering business requirements evaluating solutions and overseeing successful implementation.
- Take ownership of the local technology budget (approximately R6.5 Million ZAR and KES 9 Million) managing forecasts and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Manage and mentor an Enterprise Technology Specialist and oversee the work of Field Service Engineers to ensure high-quality support and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the business to identify and implement opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement to enhance business effectiveness and user experience.

- Solid knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure environments.
