Job Description
Coordinate across engineers PMs and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Manage multiple priorities and allocate resources effectively
Identify and resolve design conflicts early and efficiently
Prepare accurate material take-offs (MTOs)
Oversee ASIB inspection documentation and clearance certification
Support and guide team members through clear project assignments
Skills & Experience:
Produce accurate and detailed fire sprinkler layouts using AutoCAD or Revit
Ensure all drawings comply with ASIB Standards
Comprehensive understanding of fire sprinkler systems and components
Thorough understanding of FM Global standards
Minimum 8 years of drafting experience in fire protection
Hydraulic calculation skills
Minimum 3 5 years in management or a team leader role
Qualification:
NDip in Mechanical Engineering/ Relevant Draughting Certification
Advanced CAD certification
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
