To drive the execution of pricing arbitration to retain business and achieve profit targets.

Minimum Experience
- 5 - 7 years significant experience in developing and managing senior level relationships with business partners; Need to have marketing and sales experience.
- Clearly understands the strategy vision and culture of Retail Banking and home loans and provides relevant and valuable input into realising these.
- A thorough working knowledge of home loan product and pricing options in the banking sector and amongst alliance partners.
- Thorough knowledge of bond application processing grant purchase and registration procedures.
- Seasoned knowledge of lending principles and practices including an understanding of credit application securities and balance sheet requirements. A thorough knowledge of the Banks sales incentive schemes policies and procedures. A good understanding of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and the Code of Banking Practice.
- Must have relevant intermediary experience in respect of the FAIS product subcategories applicable to this role.
