- Assist the SARS Registration Specialist with day-to-day duties and client queries
- Help manage client tax registrations updates and verifications
- Navigate SARS eFiling and related platforms for submissions and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records of registrations supporting documents and correspondence
- Liaise with clients to collect required information and ensure timely processing
- Learn and adapt to internal systems and tools to improve workflow and efficiency
- Keep up-to-date with relevant SARS updates and basic tax legislation
:
- Currently or previously employed at H and W (preferred but not essential)
- Foundational knowledge of tax regulations and SARS procedures
- Practical experience with SARS eFiling platform
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems and compliance processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication
