Key responsibilities:
- Lead month-end quarter-end and year-end close processes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee statutory reporting and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Review and ensure quality of reports prepared by junior staff.
- Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes with appropriate documentation and explanations.
- Act as a key point of contact for finance stakeholders across business units.
- Ensure compliance with group financial policies and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or Similar
- 2-4 years of accounting experience preferably in a multinational or agency environment (internships or entry-level roles considered).
- Sound knowledge of financial reporting controls and compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
