The role
As the Manager Diversity & Inclusion you will play a pivotal role in shaping a culture that reflects the rich diversity of NSW. Youll lead a passionate team that delivers inclusive programs and frameworks grounded in best practice and aligned with government objectives and community expectations. From designing strategic policy and overseeing employee-led reference groups to evaluating the impact of inclusion initiatives you will turn vision into meaningful measurable action across the department.
You will guide the implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies working closely with the broader department to embed these into our core functions. With your expertise and awareness of emerging themes youll inform innovative approaches to workplace inclusion while balancing contrasting views and navigating complex stakeholder relationships. Youll be a trusted advisor helping managers and leaders connect diversity with business outcomes and driving organisational change to ensure everyone feels seen valued and supported.
