MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To lead and oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that connects integrated marketing campaigns marketing technology customer experience reputation management and content to achieve strategic business goals and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Provide strategic and operational leadership and oversight across integrated marketing campaigns marketing technology and analytics customer experience reputation management and content.
- Develop lead and execute the national marketing strategy in alignment with group objectives and market dynamics.
- Lead stakeholder engagement that amplifies marketing impact and supports organisational objectives. Represent Marketing at executive and cross-functional forums.
- Build and lead a high-performing future-ready marketing team that delivers strategic impact and fosters organisational growth.
- Ensure robust governance regulatory compliance and risk management across all marketing operations.
- Oversee financial governance and optimise return on investment across the marketing function.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Essential Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
Desired Education:
- Postgraduate Qualification in Marketing Strategic Management or MBA
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing CRM or Brand Strategy
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership
- Proven experience managing large teams with diverse marketing functions
- Experience in B2C marketing in healthcare retail telecoms or financial services
Experience:
- Experience in private healthcare or a highly regulated service industry
