Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procure-to-pay processes including transactional sourcing
  • Handle supplier selection request for quotation and negotiation for transactional sourcing.
  • Create Purchase Orders.
  • Perform non-strategic category sourcing by preparing and executing RFI RFQ and RFP documents.
  • Assist with providing category-relevant information for contract creation and management.
  • Ensure compliance with agreed procurement processes for transactional POs and manage contract compliance.
  • Manage open and post-facto purchase orders ensuring they are ready for execution.
  • Manage data provide accurate information and reports and analyze procurement transactions against targets ensuring data integrity.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Education: NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Finance/Supply Chain or related).
  • Advantageous Education: CIPS Certificate.
  • Minimum Experience: 4 years of Procurement experience including procure-to-pay processes.
  • Advantageous Experience: Knowledge of Procurement processes systems and policies; Experience in Procurement buying and Procurement SAP Systems.
Skills:
  • Knowledge of Procurement processes systems and policies.
  • Experience in Procurement buying.
  • Experience in Procurement SAP Systems.
  • Ability to travel (when required).
