Job Description
- Manage procure-to-pay processes including transactional sourcing
- Handle supplier selection request for quotation and negotiation for transactional sourcing.
- Create Purchase Orders.
- Perform non-strategic category sourcing by preparing and executing RFI RFQ and RFP documents.
- Assist with providing category-relevant information for contract creation and management.
- Ensure compliance with agreed procurement processes for transactional POs and manage contract compliance.
- Manage open and post-facto purchase orders ensuring they are ready for execution.
- Manage data provide accurate information and reports and analyze procurement transactions against targets ensuring data integrity.
- Minimum Education: NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Finance/Supply Chain or related).
- Advantageous Education: CIPS Certificate.
- Minimum Experience: 4 years of Procurement experience including procure-to-pay processes.
- Advantageous Experience: Knowledge of Procurement processes systems and policies; Experience in Procurement buying and Procurement SAP Systems.
- Knowledge of Procurement processes systems and policies.
