To provide a general administrative and fulfilment function for Affluent Express Private and Prestige/Executive Clients. To provide an account maintenance and investment roll-overs service including general portfolio management administration.
Qualifications :
- Matric Diploma or Degree in Business Commerce
Experience Required
- Ability to verify documentation account details and compliance requirements accurately.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies or anomalies.
- Experience in administrative functions retrieval of statements drafting of letters containing financial information
- Must have 1 - 3 Years Experience with assisting Deceased Estates Customer service on calls or enquiries received from Executors of an estate
- Deceased estates experience preferable.
- Practical knowledge and understanding of the processes and policies used in the Deceased Estates area.
