Job Description
Job Summary:
A Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting processing and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. The successful candidate will help our organizations with making data-driven decisions by identifying trends patterns and insights that can improve our business operations marketing strategies customer experience and overall performance.
This role will require the analyst to work closely with different departments to understand their data needs developing reports and dashboards and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data. Our desired candidate possesses strong analytical skills attention to detail and proficiency in data tools and programming languages such as Excel SQL Python or R.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Consolidation: Identify collect and consolidate disparate data from various sources and departments into a centralized accessible format.
- Data Integrity & Validation: Implement robust processes to ensure the accuracy completeness and consistency of all consolidated data. This includes data cleaning validation and establishing ongoing data quality checks.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends patterns and insights relevant to business operations and strategic objectives.
- Strategic Advising: Translate data findings into clear concise and actionable recommendations for departmental heads and leadership to guide strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports dashboards and data visualizations (e.g. using Zoho Analytics or similar tools) to present findings effectively to various stakeholders.
- Integration Support: Collaborate with the team to ensure data compatibility and smooth integration with the new Zoho CRM system leveraging its capabilities for enhanced data management and reporting.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and IT to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of data sources methodologies and analysis processes.
Requirements
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Statistics Computer Science Business Analytics Economics or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing data consolidation analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL Python R and Excel.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Zoho Analytics).
- Demonstrated experience in data cleaning data validation and ensuring data integrity.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Individual must have high business acumen
- Experience with CRM systems particularly Zoho CRM is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Education
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
