Position : Customer Success Agent
Working Schedule : 8am-4pm CST
Salary Range :$1000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
About the role
Were looking for a proactive people-first Customer Success Agent to join our growing support/success team for a new all-in-one CRM platform. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a remote environment enjoys problem-solving and genuinely wants to help others succeed with tech tools designed to grow their businesses.
This is not your average support or success gig youll be trained in our entire system take ownership of your client success engagements and play a key role in ensuring our users get real results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live video calls with clients to assist with onboarding system walkthroughs and ongoing support
- Respond to customer queries and requests via Slack email and Zoom with speed and clarity
- Provide tailored guidance based on the clients business needs and goals
- Proactively follow up with users to check progress and boost platform engagement
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Update internal support documentation as needed to reflect system updates or common questions
- Report daily to your assigned line manager with a summary of tasks client updates and priorities
Qualifications:
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Confident on Zoom and Google Meet for live training and troubleshooting sessions
- Available during US time zones for 8 hours/day
- Prior experience using CRM systems like GoHighLevel HubSpot Pipedrive or Salesforce
- Tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain complex ideas simply
- Familiarity with tools like Google Docs Google Sheets and AI chatbots
- Must have a properly working laptop webcam and headset
- Strong stable and highly reliable WiFi connection is essential
- Presentable appearance and a professional quiet home workspace suitable for video calls
- Highly organized proactive and a strong communicator who genuinely cares about helping others
