This position is a Grade: 10 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $66270 - $80620 and is subject to change based on experience skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop relationships for the university with donors and prospective donors to secure financial support for university priorities
Qualify donor prospects (assess capacity project interests and inclination)
Cultivate solicit and steward a portfolio of assigned prospects to secure financial support for university priorities
Plans coordinates and administers a comprehensive development program for a geographical region or constituent/project group (college parents athletics international etc.) as assigned
Develop annual fundraising plans identify potential donors and assess feasibility on projects
Serve as project manager to track fundraising progress monitor pipeline LYBUNT SYBUNT and new prospect activity
Document activity with donors in timely manner (within 30 days)
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Three to five years of related work experience
Proven track record in major gift solicitation and closure
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build lasting relationships
Strategic thinking and project management capabilities
Proficiency in donor database management and CRM systems
