Job Description

Junior Sales Support
Location: Remote (SA preferred)
Compensation: $1500 $2000 USD/month commission TBD
Industry: Creative Media / Digital Marketing
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours/week (PST or EST) with some degree of flexibility as required


About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Support professional to join a fast-paced creative team. This role focuses on driving outbound meeting-setting efforts building strong lead pipelines and supporting sales operations. You ll work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure that high-quality opportunities are consistently brought into the funnel.

If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy connecting with prospects refining outreach strategies and keeping sales processes running smoothly this could be the perfect fit.

While this role will initially focus on outbound call and meeting setting management this role is aimed towards an incumbent with a high drive as the mid to long term goal for the role is to further expand into a full cycle sales role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound lead generation to identify new prospects.
  • Set appointments and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team.
  • Maintain and track sales funnels pipelines and outreach metrics.
  • Draft and refine outreach messaging to improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to optimize strategies and workflows.
  • Provide administrative sales support as needed to keep the pipeline moving.


Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in lead generation or appointment setting.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Exposure to the digital marketing creative or media industries.
  • Apollo


Success Metrics

  • Appointments booked per week (quality and quantity).
  • Lead-to-qualified prospect conversion rate.
  • Revenue influenced by sourced opportunities.

Work Requirements
