Job Description
JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Highveld Techno Park Centurion Gauteng
Employment Status: Fulltime
Industry: Outdoor Advertising and Marketing
Working Hours: 8 Hours (Flexi)
Our client is searching for a Junior Sales Representative to join their established sales this role you will help grow our sales and expand our customer base at a local level contributing to our rapid growth.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and will be a cheerleader for our brand in front of customers and internally. Objectives of this Role:
- Represent our brand in a professional successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience.
- Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells.
- Maintain or surpass sales quota expectations.
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services for them.
- Sales and account management.
- Effectively utilize industry software and technology to improve the customer experience
- Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations.
- Develop and apply in-depth product and services knowledge to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Matric (must)
- No previous sales experience is required.
- Previous cold calling/call centre agent experience would be an advantage.
- Willing to learn new sales software and technology. - Training on their systems will be provided.
- Self-motivated and motivated to succeed and make money!
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team-wide efforts.
- Good time management skills.
Remuneration Package:
- Basic salary of R15000.00 per month CTC
- R1500.00 travel allowance
- R500.00 cell phone allowance
- 5% Commission from R1 incentives
