We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior H&B Consulting Analyst to support our clients in a fast-paced dynamic healthcare consulting environment. This position will be based in Sandton and involves working closely with clients to evaluate design and implement health and wellness strategies programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to client support and process improvement.
We will count on you to:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience.
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends insights and opportunities for service enhancement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction account performance and relationship health to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and operations to align client needs with company offerings.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance client relationship management and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions feedback and action items within Brokertools and Benefits Management systems to ensure continuity and accountability.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and best practices in health and benefits consulting to contribute to strategic planning.
What you need to have:
- Wealth Management; RE5 certification preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management customer service or a similar role within healthcare or benefits consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building relationships and influencing stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
