Drive the execution of effective and appropriate Social Media Content and Search Engine Optimization strategies within the Group portfolio aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications :
- First Degree in Communication Marketing or Information Technology. An SEO certification would be advantageous.
- Minimum 4 years experience in;
- Managing content on managed social media platforms such as Instagram Facebook X LinkedIn TikTok YouTube etc. as well as the banks owned platforms.
- Briefing approving and creating compelling on-brand social media and owned platform copy/content that engages the audience and drives desired actions.
- Executing content strategy and best practices including developing content plans optimizing content managing community interactions and producing reports.
- Understanding and hands-on experience in SEO principles across a content ecosystem including both on-page and off-page optimizations and technical SEO.
