Strategic Leadership
Define implement and manage the company s strategic vision and financial objectives.
Craft medium- and long-term growth strategies; design and supervise the execution of yearly operational and investment initiatives.
Track and assess departmental outcomes to ensure alignment with overarching strategic priorities.
Operational Oversight
Design and refine the organizational structure to effectively support strategic goals.
Lead efforts in recruiting assigning and developing talent to fulfill business needs.
Establish internal policies procedures and frameworks for employee rewards and discipline in accordance with strategic priorities.
Promote optimal use of resources across all functional areas.
Financial Management
Authorize the company s annual operating budget.
Evaluate financial statements and metrics to refine strategies and uphold sustainable operations.
Stakeholder Engagement
Foster and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders business partners and investors.
Act as the company s representative in key external activities including collaborations industry events and major negotiations.
A Master s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years in a CEO role or equivalent senior leadership position within the Fintech or Banking sectors.
Demonstrated success in leading organizations with an entrepreneurial approach including launching and scaling businesses.
Strong strategic acumen with a proven background in driving business development and organizational expansion.
Solid financial knowledge with expertise in budgeting expense management and maximizing revenue.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
Skilled in making informed decisions and effectively navigating complex business challenges.
