Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Floor Supervisor to join our team in Hanoi Vietnam. As a Floor Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing the cleanliness maintenance and overall quality of our hotel rooms and facilities.
- Inspect occupied and vacant guest rooms daily to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff providing on-the-job guidance and maintaining grooming and conduct standards
- Manage housekeeping equipment ensuring proper care and maintenance
- Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for room cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities placing orders as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on room status maintenance issues and staff performance
- Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency and guest experience
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations at a supervisory level
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g. Opera or similar software)
- Excellent communication skills in English with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
