Our client is a leading FMCG company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Identify and develop customer prospects focusing primarily on the Domestic and China Markets.
Build action plans to pursue and convert domestic leads effectively.
Initiate contact with target customers via various methods including cold calls and follow-up emails.
Develop and deliver tailored product pitches presentations and sales documentation.
Build strong long-term relationships to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and timelines.
Lead price and contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new client relationships.
Regularly interact with customers to assess needs provide solutions and close deals.
Resolve customer concerns swiftly and effectively to maintain satisfaction and trust.
Process purchase orders promptly liaising with internal teams for seamless execution.
Work in collaboration with cross-functional departments including logistics QA and production to fulfill client needs.
Keep updated records of customer data leads key projects and opportunities.
Take on additional sales-related tasks as needed by management.
Reporting & Collaboration:
Provide timely insights and feedback on sales performance in both local and China markets.
Prepare and submit routine reports (weekly monthly) covering performance pricing and team progress.
Ensure accurate tracking of all sales activities client interactions and pricing structures.
Maintain regular communication with key accounts to ensure a high level of service.
Coordinate closely with factory production quality assurance and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines and service expectations.
Compliance & Ethics:
Ensure all business conduct complies with ethical standards.
Follow company rules regulations and policies and help enforce them within the sales team.
Support health and safety initiatives in the workplace.
Ensure proper handling of contracts and purchase orders in line with company protocols.
Bachelors or college degree required.
At least 3 years of experience in sales business development or a client-facing commercial role.
Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
Solid understanding of sales principles processes and market dynamics.
Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills.
Problem-solving mindset.
Trustworthy with confidential information and data.
