As Executive Chef of Tran Dynasty you will lead the culinary vision and operations of this flagship venue creating elevated Vietnamese cuisine that celebrates cultural authenticity while pushing creative boundaries. This role calls for a visionary leader with deep knowledge of Vietnamese culinary traditions strong leadership skills and a passion for storytelling through food.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all culinary operations of Tran Dynasty including menu development kitchen leadership and guest experience
- Lead the creative process to deliver refined and modern Vietnamese dishes rooted in authenticity
- Maintain high standards of food quality presentation and consistency across all service periods
- Collaborate with local artists designers and the F&B team to integrate storytelling art and theatricality into the dining experience
- Build train and inspire a high-performing kitchen team fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
- Ensure food cost control purchasing efficiency and inventory management in line with hotel budgets
- Uphold hygiene food safety and sanitation standards in full compliance with HACCP regulations
- Participate in guest interactions special events and promotional activities as the culinary face of Tran Dynasty
- Drive innovation while respecting the essence of Vietnamese flavors and ingredients
Qualifications :
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role specializing in Vietnamese cuisine
- Proven expertise in modern Vietnamese culinary techniques and regional dishes
- Strong background in luxury hospitality or fine-dining restaurants
- Creativity in menu creation with a flair for presentation and storytelling through food
- Excellent leadership and team development capabilities
- Knowledge of HACCP and international food safety standards
- Culinary diploma or degree from a recognized institution
